AFPPD was deeply saddened to learn of the passing Rep. Edcel Lagman, MP, Member of the PLCPD and Vice-Chair of AFPPD. On behalf of AFPPD and its member-states, we offer our heartfelt condolences to his family members and the PLCPD members.
